[OpenBIOS] make leads to error:mingw32_nt-5.1:no such file or directory stop

I want to build ofw for qemu,I do according the instruction on
https://www.openfirmware.info/Building_OFW_for_QEMU
I get the error
make: *** ../../../mingw32_nt-5.1:no such file or directory stop
make :*** ../../../mingw32_nt-5.1/forth error2
I type the msysinfo command and get
