[OpenBIOS] [RFC][PATCH] Select cross-compiler target during configure phase

This patch selects cross-compiler prefix from predefined list
(*-linux-gnu-, *-elf-, *-eabi-) by testing which one is present on the
system when the script switch-arch is run.
