[OpenBIOS] [PATCH 2/8] Create PCI properties "interrupts", "interrupt-map" and "interrupt-map-mask"

This patch configures PCI IRQ PIN and LINE.
It adds properties "interrupts", "interrupt-map" and "interrupt-map- 
mask" in the device tree.

I've added dummy IRQ LINE values (1, 2, 3, 4) for sparc64 to allow to  
compile it, but I don't know what are real values. This is not an  
issue as PCI probing is disabled on this architecture.
