[OpenBIOS] [PATCH] sparc64 implement itlb/dtlb directed writes

Hi!

This patch implements directed (indexed) writes to itlb/dtlb entries.
Methods "SUNW,dtlb-load" and "SUNW,itlb-load" used to ignore tlb index
parameter.

Now the gentoo sparc64 installation iso booting traps much later :)
