[OpenBIOS] Sparc64 update

This patch adds automatic detection of cross-compiler CFLAGS. There is some 
problem with dictionary:

Dumping final dictionary to 'obj-sparc64/bootstrap.dict'
Compiling dictionary 1/2
Dictionary initialization finished.
base is not defined.

interactive? is not defined.

(to) is not defined.

linefeed is not defined.

interpretion finished. 4 errors occured.
dictionary not dumped to file.
