[OpenBIOS] Unix console

I'm trying to get Sparc64 unix console version work. Currently it outputs as 
follows:
[unix] Booting default not supported.
panic: segmentation violation at 48c5b4
dict=0x20010 here=0x48c40(dict+0x28c30) pc=0x47358(dict+0x27348)
dstackcnt=0 rstackcnt=15 instruction=20850

Some human-readable Forth debugging tools might help.

I found (and fixed) these bugs:

Unix console feels unresponsive and pressing Control-C leaves the terminal 
in bad shape.

Compiler complains if CONFIG_DEBUG_INTERNAL is defined.
