[OpenBIOS] ESP fix

The attached patch fixes a booting problem when there is no CD in drive. 
Please apply.

When there is no disc in drive, READ_CAPACITY command fails and there won't 
be any data transfers. Trying to transfer data hangs in recent Qemu.

Remedy: check if target went to status phase instead of data transfer phase, 
if so return with error.
