[OpenBIOS] cvs: viewcvs 0.7 -> 0.8

Hi all,

viewcvs 0.7 has been upgraded to viewcvs 0.8.
Clicking on "Download tarball" in the cvsroot will suggest the filename 
"cvs_root.tar.gz" now instead of just ".tar.gz".

Please mail me if you are in trouble with the new version.
