also, this needs to write 0 (or some value) back to the register, before
it calls 'continue' for the !addr case:

			PciWriteDword( bus, devfn, reg, 0xffffffff );
			addr = PciReadDword( bus, devfn, reg );
			if( addr == 0 )
				continue;
