[OpenBIOS] [OT] modification of libraries

Hi,
Sorry this is slightly off topic.

I need to modify standard Turbo C run time libraries made by tlib (cx.lib).
All what I need is a change of standard segment names e.g CODE->MY_CODE
and TEXT->MY_TEXT. Are there any free tools available? Alternatively, where
can I find the information about internal format for Borland lib files?
