Yes, we recently added support for the next bigger version 25Q80EW, and
I just pushed a patch for 25Q40EW [1].

With Git, you can fetch / apply it as follows:

  git fetch https://review.coreboot.org/flashrom refs/changes/62/25462/1
  git cherry-pick FETCH_HEAD

It's still untested, though.
