[flashrom] Patch to flashrom for Macronix M25U12835F flash support and write protection bug fix

Dear Sir,

        I am from Macronix (Taiwan), here I send you the source patch that 
could
fix the write protection error on Chromebook project which came form 
Quatun Computer.
I hope you can help patching into the Flashrom project (branch: master).
