[flashrom] New SPI NOR Flash product Support

Hello Victor,
Chips with same ID and read, erase, and write opcodes are supported. For
ChromeOS platforms it is also important that new revision chips have
identical block protection capabilities as the older parts (I've had
difficulties with other vendors regarding this...).
