[flashrom] [PATCH] Add support for GD25Q21B, GD25Q41B, GD25Q80C and GD25Q16C

Hello,

The previous patch should have included a comment on how same chips can be distinguished. The following one includes it. GD25Q20(B)/80(B)/16(B) were already marked TEST_OK_PREW. In a previous mail (https://www.flashrom.org/pipermail/flashrom/2016-March/014537.html) log for GD25Q41B was attached, so GD25Q40(B)/41B is marked TEST_OK_PREW. Thanks. :)
