[flashrom] Aspeed 2450

Hello,

I would like support for the Aspeed ast2450. This BMC SOC is
interesting, because there is a free IPMI solution for it from Facebook.
It's in many servers from Supermicro's, MSI, ASUS, Advantech, Gigabyte,
Tyan and Lenovo.
