Hi Stefan,
   If I recall, those were the only two I saw in the chip documentation, 
and it worked with just those two in there.  I added that a few months 
back and hadn't gotten to submitting it until just now.

Please make any improvements you think are needed - I'll be glad to do 
any testing you want done.
