[flashrom] Setting up and getting to run

Hello these are the screenshots of my issue the first is when I drag
flashrom.exe into CMD window. Folder flashrom new is on desktop . Buspirate
is on COM 3 . Need read commands and write commands thanks
Thought I had it after irc window.
