[flashrom] New motherboard for supported HW list

Reporting a successful bios flash for motherboard GIGABYTE GA-X79-UD3

Flashrom reports as multiple different chips, visual inspection shows mine
to be "MX25L6406E"

All went smooth, excellent work guys! Much respect!
