[flashrom] Issues recognizing Macronics 25L3205D using UM232H-B-WE

That mapping looks good, and when you apply VCC power to HOLD and WP
this flash chip should be detected.
Although this wiki page is about the buspirate, the connection section
applies to a great amount of flash chips:
