[flashrom] Winbond W25X20 on Tumpa programmer works

Hi Stefan,

That's pretty probable; I wrote the EEPROM before trying it again and
redirecting the output of flashrom to the file I attached. I can confirm 
programming works fine: I'm using the flashrom as a vehicle to move my 
custom firmware from my PC to an embedded device and it has been writing 
at least a few dozen different images without failing once.
