Yesterday evening I successfully flashed a HP ProLiant DL180G6 running CentOS 6.4 x86_64 with flashrom-0.9.6.1. HP provides a DOS Boot USB Image for this server which includes a 12DIM243.ROM file. It was as easy as ./flashrom -p internal -w 12DIM243.ROM Thanks for your well working software Thomas
