[flashrom] how to flashrom on alix 2d3 boards?

Hello ,

I am interesting flashrom tool , and saw the site mentioned the tool is
compatible with pc engines alix 2d3.

http://www.flashrom.org/Supported_hardware

but this boards without vga output ,and only has a serial port to check the
board status. could you tell me how to step by step flash bios ?
