[flashrom] AMD - SP5100 - take SPI ownership (1/2)

I'm running AMI BIOS and I have disabled USB 3.0 in BIOS setup. The
controller doesn't show up in lspci. I do have a USB keyboard and a
USB mouse plugged in.
