[flashrom] [PATCH] Explicitly detect libusb-0.1 in the Makefile

Explicitly detect libusb-0.1 in the Makefile

Avoid funny interactions between libpci and libusb detection.
Leave libftdi autodetection alone for now.

Tested on Linux, needs tests on *BSD and preferably OSX/Windows.
