[flashrom] [PATCH] Add (untested) board enable for ASUS TUSL2-C

Primary IDs SMBus controller, secondary IDs MCH.
The reverse engineering was done by Michael Karcher.
Андрей Тимираев <dark_prof at mail.ru> reported the problem, but did not
reply (yet) to our propsed fix.
