[flashrom] [PATCH] README: mention all the drivers that should be disabled on non-x86

AFAICS this section in the README is obsolete. All non-x86 programmers
should be disabled by default if you simply run "make" on any non-x86
platform.
If auto-disabling such programmers is broken on non-x86, we need to fix
that.
