[flashrom] Just asking some basic advice before I flash the BIOS.

No: 1) that file isn't a BIOS file and 2) the filesize won't match the
chip's size. Unzip that .exe file and write "K7V330D.BIN" instead.
The "-v" parameter is for verifying chip content against files (on any
filesystem).

Adding "-V" and saving the output would be helpful, yes.
