[flashrom] Hello, flashrom problem

Good morning,
 My name is Elena Gusanu and i have a big problem with my laptop. I
flashrom my laptop and I didn't know what was this and i turned off,
unfortunately. Is there a solution to solve my problem and to get back bios?
