[flashrom] [PATCH 0/3] reorder chipset_enables + bonus

based on the work of carl-daniel and idwer.
i have not added those chipsets idwer originally added which had no reference
at all (maybe even less, please check if you think they are important).
for now the new ones from the old patch are commented out.
