[flashrom] Erase Fails on Winmate I370

Hi Guys,

I was hoping someone could help me with the following problem. I can read 
the flash ROM contents without a problem and write the same flash ROM 
contents without a problem using flashrom-0.9.3.-r1250 but if I try to 
write a new ROM provided by the motherboard manufacturer, the erase 
function fails. Below is the output from flashrom and lspci.

I can read succcessfully read the flash ROM contents:
