Hello LukenShiro,

thanks for your report!
Unfortunately the "S"es in the quote above state that all blocks were
skipped (because the data was checked for equality before erasing), so
this result is not newsworthy.

If you REALLY want to test flashrom on that hardware you would have to
erase it manually with -E and write it afterwards with -w as usual.
I am not suggesting this though. If -E works, but -w hits a bug, you
are left with an empty flash chip.
