no, that is an eeprom (not flash) chip that can not be read or written
with flashrom.

please don't edit the output when reporting anything. also please use
the -V parameter for more detailed logs if possible in the future (no
need to resend them though).

PS: i can't send to you (pulpandpaper at live.com) directly, because your
