the dmi output is not specific enough.
it can be either:
X8DTH-i: basic version
X8DTH-iF: as above but with ipmi
X8DTH-6: basic + sas
X8DTH-6F: basic + sas + ipmi

we and you can verify that with a log of lspci (lspci -vvnnxxx run as
root would be best).
