The next best offer is a DOS executable (which won't run under Windows,
but at least it will run under DOS). It is available for download, but
there is a crucial limitation which may affect flashing, so it is not
totally endorsed yet. We're in the process of testing a fix for said
limitation, and will be releasing updated DOS binaries shortly.
As an alternative, there are Linux Live CDs which contain flashrom, so
you can avoid installing Linux (just run it from CD) and still use flashrom.
