[flashrom] [PATCH] Board enable for Termtek TK-3370

During an intensive IRC session about two weeks ago I got all the help
I needed to patch in support for this fairly rare thin client
motherboard that I happen to own. I've tested reading, writing and
verifying and everything seem to work, so I'm submitting the patch.

Also attaching lspci and superiotool output as requested.
