[flashrom] any recommended simple and cheap (USB) programmer?

Hi all,

i am looking for an simple and cheap programmer (i would prefer USB, 
because i want use it with my notebook) that i can use with linux tools 
and with flashrom support). it must be cheap, because i dont want 
program many BIOS chips and i would like it to buy in switzerland or 
germany (if possible). are there any recommendations?
