[flashrom] [PATCH] SST25LF040A support

[Carl-Daniel Hailfinger]

SST25LF040A support patch from Stefan Reinauer.
Stefan tested probing.
I changed the coding style a bit to conform to flashrom rules.
I checked against datasheets, should work.
