It is also possible that parts of this are meant to be installed on the
hard disk. Keep in mind that EFI will load some modules from disk. Worst
example is a netbooting module which has to be laoded from disk. Kind of
pointless to need a hard disk to boot from network, but that's made
possible by the "advanced" EFI design...
