[flashrom] A8JM flashrom unable to erase

When I logged onto irc:
<james_l> I have an odd case, and I was wondering if it'd be possible
for someone to help: I have an a8jm laptop (Core (1) Duo) which burnt
out a video card. Fortunately it is an MXM card (sorta), so it's
replaceable. Unfortunately, I managed to order the wrong card for the
next model. While it boots, and no display is shown at all. It's been
suggested that the current bios would enable it to work, unfortunately
flashrom recognizes the chip but is
<james_l> unable to erase it before writing it.
<james_l> This is the output: http://coreboot.pastebin.com/m660c2a4a
<james_l> Oh, and I have successfully dumped the current bios.
<macavity> james_l: most people here are currently at FOSDEM.. you may
not get help emidiately
<macavity> !summary james_l
<flashrom_bot> james_l: please mail the output of 'flashrom -V',
'lspci -nnvvvxxx', 'superiotool -deV' (all commands as root), the
exact name of your board (including revision, if there are multiple
revisions), and a link to the official BIOS download to
flashrom at flashrom.org
<macavity> including your problem that is :P
<james_l> Alright

I have since then done some more looking and modified a bios so that
it will work (At least I'm fairly certain it will anyway). Even if
that doesn't, in both cases I need to flash the ROM, which is failing
to do so. I can read from it, which is how I can tell I currently have
bios 209.

Thank you in advance.

Per the above:
I'm unable to get a direct (or even to the model) from ASUS's download
site, best I can do is provide a link to it, and what information you
need.

Product: Notebook
Series: A8
Model A8JM

The board revision, is I believe revision 2.0 (I'm not absolutely
certain on that)
