[flashrom] How to use flashrom ?

Hi,

I have Tomato motherboard (Zida). After running flashrom in Linux
(Slackware) , I got this :
 - Chip "VIA VT82C686A/B"
 - protocol = Non-SPI
 - Chip "Winbond  W49F0024/N"
 - address  0XFFFC0000
 - No operation were specified !!!

At my bios, I can not choose to boot from CDROM, jusf from HDD0 & HDD1 ,
and  I can NOT change anything at "Advance Bios setting" ... :(  ... I have
Award Bios.

How can I upgrade my AWARD BIOS to the latest one ? I don't have Windows in
Harddisk, just Slackware Linux.
