Hm, I forgot that the lower half of FRAP is read-only.  You will only be
able to read non-locked sections of your chip...
0x000000-0x002fff: flash descriptor, gigabit ethernet
0x300000-0x3fffff: BIOS

You'll probably want to use a layout file, which the flashrom manpage
describes.
