[flashrom] [PATCH_v2] Enable flashrom on Wyse Winterm S50.

Enable flashrom on Wyse Winterm S50.

On the Wyse Winterm S50 lspci doesn`t show the cs5536 hostbridge and so 
flashrom doesn`t detect the cs5536.

This patch is adding the cs5536 isa id [1022:2090] for chip detect.
