[coreboot] only 8GB RAM on ThinkPad X230 after commit 7539b8c3

I'm running cb9f55ec38 on my X230 and cannot reproduce that. I have my 
16 GB.

(Just to be exact, I applied 
https://review.coreboot.org/#/c/blobs/+/23315/ on top,
but that won't change anything here)
