both commands fail with "Failed to gain memory access: Permission denied"

But I think before I'll try to improbe booting time, I need to make sure that:
- the 2nd part of the BIOS (the 8MB chip) is flashed
- additional payloads are working
- write proper documentation about everything to save others asking the same (maybe annoying) questions...
