[coreboot] Where to buy KGPE-D16/KCMA-D8 Accessories? (TPM and KVM chip)

I am looking for a place to buy a compatible TPM and the ASMB4-iKVM chip 
for KGPE-D16 and KCMA-D8 motherboards

I would like a TPM that has the owner controlled CRTM like the one that 
was mentioned on the TALOS project page.
