[coreboot] Intel Sandy Bridge: oscillator frequency changed on CLKOUTFLEX1 (GPIO65) after me_cleaner

Hello everyone!

On my motherboard Super I/O work with 48MHz input frequency from GPIO65 
(CLKOUTFLEX1). But after ME disabling, signal frequency on this pin is 
only 14.3 MHz.

In QM67 datasheet described what oscillators frequency sets by ME.

So, question: is there some way to setup right oscillator frequency 
without ME?
