[coreboot] Why is subsystemid required to find a uPD7020200

Hi,

As far I know it is because some drivers can detect workarounds based on
subsystem IDs or under Windoze the drivers are often locked to particular
subsystemID - 0x17aa is levovo. What OS do you use?
