[coreboot] Good source for SOIC clips

Hello

at FOSDEM this year I stopped at the Coreboot stand and I mentioned that
I was having problems finding a 16 pin SOIC clip to flash coreboot on
my thinkpad x200.

The person at the stand said that somebody in the project knows a
chinese website which sells those clips at a significantly lower price
than the usual ones, and that this information could be shared someway 
on the website / mailing list.

Does anybody know which website is that?
