[coreboot] [HEADS-UP] Rebuild cbmem for correct time stamps

Dear coreboot folks,

please make sure to rebuild the utility cbmem with commit 08e920e5
(util/cbmem: Scale time stamp values correctly) [1]. There was a
regression present for some months, causing the resulting time stamps
to be in milliseconds instead of microseconds.

Most of us probably didn’t notice, because cbmem is rarely rebuild. For
the others, they were happy, seeing their boot time was a thousand
times faster. ;-)

Big thanks to Aaron and Martin helping (doing) the fix.

Thanks,

Paul
