I think I fixed the toolchain error on X64 (now that I finally managed
to reproduce it) and pushed it on my github repo.

You'll need to rebuild the BaseTools:
$ cd BaseTools/Source/C
$ make

Afterwards, corebootPkg should build with the GCC46 toolchain (I used
GCC47) for X64, too.
